Project Manager

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager with 4–6 years of experience to take ownership of managing timelines for core product features and third-party integrations. This role requires hands-on collaboration with engineering teams, PSPs (Payment Service Providers) across multiple geographies, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end project timelines for core features and critical PSP integrations
• Work closely with developers to remove blockers, clarify requirements, and ensure smooth technical implementation
• Run and test APIs using Postman to support basic debugging, validation, and handover tasks
• Communicate regularly with Payment Service Providers across different geographies to align on deliverables, timelines, and SLAs
• Track progress using agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) and share regular status updates with internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate across product, engineering, QA, and external partners to ensure on-time delivery
• Document integration flows, edge cases, and dependencies
• Proactively highlight risks, dependencies, and delays to relevant stakeholders
