ML Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to design, develop, and implement machine learning models that address key challenges in the fintech and insurance space.
• Analyse and Interpret Complex Data: Engage in exploratory data analysis and build robust models by analysing large and diverse datasets, including customer behaviour, transaction records, and risk assessment data, to extract actionable insights.
• Design and Maintain ML Pipelines: Develop, optimise, and maintain end-to-end machine learning pipelines, encompassing data preprocessing, feature extraction, model training, and evaluation, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
• Model Deployment and Monitoring: Deploy models into production environments, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Monitor model performance and retrain models as needed to maintain accuracy and reliability over time.
• Innovate with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and fintech-insurance applications. Leverage new techniques, frameworks, and tools to enhance model performance and address emerging business needs.
• Establish Best Practices: Contribute to the development and documentation of best practices, standards, and guidelines for machine learning engineering within the organisation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
