Technical and Integration Support Specialist

As a Technical and Integration Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting and guiding customers through integration processes related to our payment solutions. You will work closely with our clients, technical teams and product managers to ensure smooth integration, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support: Provide expert-level support to clients experiencing technical issues related to our payment gateway, API integrations, and other payment technologies.
• Integration Assistance: Assist customers with the integration of our payment solutions into their systems, ensuring smooth implementation and addressing integration challenges.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including system errors, API connectivity issues, and other product-related challenges, through detailed analysis and collaboration with development teams.
• Client Training: Offer guidance and training to clients on using our payment solutions, APIs, and platform functionalities effectively.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and best practices for both internal teams and customers.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the product and development teams to relay customer feedback, escalated issues, and potential areas for improvement in product features.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Assist with testing new product features, APIs, and updates ensuring integration and functionality are intact.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers by delivering timely, efficient, and effective support.
• Escalation Handling: Escalate critical or complex issues to senior technical teams as necessary and ensure timely resolution.
